Summer, to me, means champagne

Which is why Food-e's MBK and I have vowed to personally try every establishment in Glasgow that boasts a champagne bar (or cava bar, or any kind of focus on anything that sparkles). Last week it was the somewhat disappointing Hugh's, newly opened in House of Fraser. This week, it will be Malmaison. This one I'm particularly looking forward to, because they've got a Veuve Clicquot champagne bar, and I lurve Veuve.

Therefore, I believe that I need this:
