The shop launched last night, with bubbly and Auntie M's fabulous cakes. Auntie M has taken one of the spaces upstairs in the Arcade with a 1950s style 'cake lounge'. I took lots of pictures, but you'll really just need to pop in yourselves to take a look.
De Courcey's arcade has long been Glasgow's destination for shoppers who are too cool for school. And if the smashing success of Felix and Oscar (once a small shop in De Courcey's, now a chain) is anything to go by, there are plenty of those shoppers in Glasgow.
Be sure to drop by the shop on 21 October for the fashion magazine swap shop, where you will get a chance to trade some of your fashion mag hoard for something you haven't read yet.

Was lovely to meet you last night. Returned today to get my Babooshka shop after suffering a bit of a cake hangover today.
