A 'swish' night out in Glasgow

If you're anything like me, you might be feeling a tad left out by all this 'Fashion's Night Out' talk. It's meant to be a global celebration of fashion, yet what's happening in Glasgow?

You can console yourself with a visit to The Swish - described by their PR as 'A fabulous evening of clothes swapping and shopping.'

The clothes swap will be happening at The Hub, Pacific Quay on 30 September. And it's for a good cause - all proceeds will go to the Scottish Huntington's Association, a charity that helps people in Scotland affected by Huntington's disease.

It's not just a clothes swap though. The night will include: a craft market with handmade accessories and housewares; a live auction of special outfits; personal style advice; mini-pampering treatments; live music; sparkling wine and cupcakes; and of course, a bar.

The tickets cost £10 in advance (£12 at the door). The event starts at 6:30pm and runs until 10pm.
