If the internet was my wardrobe...

I would love playing dress-up for dinner at Rogano. Rogano is a Glasgow institution. It was established in 1935 and retains the beautiful art deco interior. It's famous for its oyster bar, but it is a very vegetarian friendly establishment too. Rather than one or two veggie options, the restaurant has a full separate vegetarian menu. The last time I went, there were no options on the menu that looked vegan, so we phoned in advance to see if we there would be any options for us. They were very nice and happy to accommodate us. Everything was lovely, from my amuse bouche of through to the mains.

To avoid looking out of place in the elegant surroundings, I would forgo my usual trousers and opt for a dress. It's so unusual for me to wear a dress (the last time was to my father's wedding reception when I was 4 months pregnant) but I found a fabulous one at Anna Scholtz that could just convince me:

And while I'm dressing outside of my comfort zone, I might as well wear heels as well. These boots by Sigerson Morrison would be very flattering, as they hit right at the ankle:

And these earrings from Astrid and Miyu are so pretty and feminine:

Any excuse for a cocktail ring:

A clutch is all you need for dinner. These days clutches hold so much anyway. I love the 3.1 Phillip Lim 31 Minute clutches:

And a nice silk blazer would pull it all together:
